Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
How Stylr uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an app. Similar technologies include mobile SDK identifiers and local storage, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this Policy. Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser or app) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them). They can also be first-party (set directly by Stylr) or third-party (set by a service provider we work with, such as our analytics or affiliate tracking partners).
2. Why we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, understand how the App and website are used, measure the performance of our affiliate partnerships, and diagnose technical problems.
3. Cookies and trackers we use
| Cookie / Tracker | Purpose | Category | Party | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps you logged in | Strictly necessary | First-party | Session |
| Mixpanel | Product analytics: feature usage, engagement | Performance / Analytics | Third-party | 13 months |
| Awin tracking pixel | Attributes affiliate purchases to Stylr | Advertising / Affiliate | Third-party | 30 days |
| Sentry | Detects crashes and technical errors | Functional | Third-party | 90 days |
4. Your choices
On the stylrapp.io website, you will see a cookie consent banner when you first visit. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage preferences individually. Non-essential cookies (analytics, affiliate tracking) are only set after you give consent, in line with EU ePrivacy and GDPR requirements. Pre-ticked consent boxes are not used, and rejecting all non-essential cookies is exactly as easy as accepting them.
You can change your mind at any time by reopening your preferences using our (also available from the website footer). Within the mobile app, you can manage analytics and tracking preferences from App > Profile > Privacy Settings. You can also control app-level tracking permissions through your device's operating system settings (iOS App Tracking Transparency / Android privacy settings).
5. Managing cookies through your browser
Most browsers also let you control or delete cookies directly, independent of our consent tool:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
Blocking all cookies through your browser may affect the functionality of the website, including keeping you logged in.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties who provide services to us (the analytics and affiliate attribution providers listed above). We do not control these third parties' own cookie practices beyond what is described in our agreements with them. We encourage you to review their respective privacy and cookie policies.
7. Users outside the EU/EEA
Stylr currently operates in Croatia and the wider Balkans, and this Policy is written primarily to meet EU GDPR and ePrivacy requirements. As we expand to other markets with their own cookie and privacy laws, we will provide a jurisdiction-specific addendum where required.
8. How often we update this policy
We review this Cookie Policy at least annually, and whenever we add a new cookie or tracking tool. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Effective date" above, and where required by law, we will ask for renewed consent.
9. Contact us
Questions about our use of cookies can be sent through our contact form.
